Whether it's a slow leak that's been eating your subfloor for weeks or a flooded basement at 2am, our Ashuelot crews are already moving. We dispatch Ashuelot units carrying industrial extraction pumps, air movers, and commercial dehumidifiers already loaded on the truck.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Ashuelot, NH kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Ashuelot roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our senior technicians are IICRC-certified and have worked everything from a clean supply-line break to a full sewage backup, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Ashuelot isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Ashuelot, NH, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Ashuelot, NH warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Ask any Ashuelot property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Ashuelot call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Ashuelot started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Ashuelot line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Ashuelot crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Ashuelot property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Ashuelot homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Ashuelot businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage rather than a single-crew response — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Ashuelot crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Ashuelot drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
Every Ashuelot estimate is written and explained before work begins — no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
Local staging inside Ashuelot, NH means Ashuelot response times usually beat the national average by a wide margin.
We photograph and log every step specifically so your claim moves faster and you're not the one arguing with the insurance company.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of the job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.
Our Ashuelot team asks a handful of targeted questions so the truck that shows up already has the right gear loaded.
A licensed technician heads to your Ashuelot address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
Standing water comes out first; drying equipment gets placed only after we've mapped exactly where moisture is hiding.
We re-check moisture levels daily until materials hit dry standard, then hand you full documentation for your records or your insurer.
We measure moisture with instruments, not guesswork, and we won't sign off on a Ashuelot job until those readings match the dry standard for the materials involved. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put that guarantee directly on the Ashuelot work order, not just in an ad. A repeat visit under this guarantee doesn't mean starting over — we pull the original moisture logs and pick up exactly where the last visit left off.
